Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at juper.shop. We want your pets to love their new home as much as you do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your pet house must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Free from pet hair, odors, or any signs of use.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@juper.shop.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the pet house is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately at support@juper.shop so we can evaluate the issue. We may request photos of the damage to facilitate a replacement or refund.
4. HYGIENE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns for:
- Pet houses that show signs of being used by an animal (e.g., presence of fur, scratches, or scents).
- Sale items or gift cards.
5. EXCHANGES
The most efficient way to get a different size or color is to return the current item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new pet house.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own exchange rate for the final SGD amount.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
